Tana Martin has been practicing, studying and teaching yoga since1993.  Along with furthering her education on an ongoing basis, she holds a teacher certification from The Yoga Center of Columba Maryland at the 200 ERYT level.  After completing a certification through the Surya Chandra Healing Yoga School she is recognized as a 700 hour Certified Yoga Teacher and a 500 ERYT. She teaches SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Yoga and Aerial Yoga and offers Aerial Yoga Teacher Trainings. Branching out to other forms of healing, she is a Reiki Level II practitioner as well as a ReikiSound™ healing practitioner.  She is a breast cancer survivor since 2005 and enjoys offering classes on how yoga can help the healing process based on her experience. Recognized as a Continuing Education Provider through Yoga Alliance she offers a variety of workshops and specialty classes as well as retreats. Tana was born and raised in York, Pa and was the Co-owner of Eight Stones Yoga Studio. She and her husband are currently living in the Ocean City Maryland area, she loves the beach and being outdoors.
