With a background spanning over six years in Paddleboard Yoga, she discovered her passion for uniting the serenity of yoga with the tranquility of the water. Guiding practitioners through this unique fusion, Melindaimparts not just physical techniques but a profound journey of self-discovery and growth.
Melinda's journey of learning and growth has been extensive. She holds certifications including a 200-hour and a 500-hour E-RYT from her time in Kansas City, complemented by a master's degree in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine from Maharishi International University. Her commitment to deepening her knowledge recently led her to graduate from the esteemed Spanda Yoga Therapy program.
Based in West Chester, PA, Melinda is the proud owner of Whole Body Wellness and Yoga, where she extends her teachings to the local community and beyond. Spiritually Dora was born in El Salvador and was interested in massage therapy when she first became a mother - learned a technique to help her newborn by soothing massage techniques.
Her interests while performing a massage include a focus on chakra balancing, improving lymph movement, releasing muscle tension, applying circular abdominal pressure and to make sure her client transcends into a deep relaxation state of mind by using her crystal singing bowls.
