Shannon is a lifelong athlete who has been practicing yoga for 20 years and began teaching yoga in 2015. In the time since then, she rarely misses an opportunity to learn more about yoga and become a more effective teacher by participating in workshops, training weekends, and self study. Her goal is to educate and empower all of the students who come to her classes and workshops. Shannon had the good fortune to teach a Belize Yoga retreat in 2019 where she reached a personal milestone of teaching 1000 classes. She is very much looking forward to returning to Belize as an instructor and facilitating another amazing experience for her fellow yogis.
