Registration more than 120 days from the start of retreat
Students will place a nonrefundable $195 down payment registration option through the Belize Yoga Website to reserve their place on a scheduled Yoga Retreat.  Final payment will be due 90 days from the start of the scheduled Yoga Retreat.  Fully Paid Students will receive their airline itinerary between 90 - 45 days from the start of scheduled Yoga Retreat and Full Retreat Itinerary between 30 - 15 days before Retreat. 

Registration between 120 – 45 days from the start of retreat
Students are not guaranteed availability on a scheduled retreat if they resister during this time period.  Students will need to pay in full upon registration, late registration surcharges may apply.  Fully Paid Students will receive their airline itinerary between 90 - 45 days from the start of scheduled Yoga Retreat and Full Retreat itinerary between 30 - 15 days before Retreat.  Full refunds will be given to any student that registers after the group maximum has been fulfilled and will be placed on a waiting list and will be informed of any cancellations.

Registration Less than 90 days from the start of reteat
Students are not guaranteed availability on a scheduled retreat if they register during this time period.  Please contact Belize Yoga by e-mail or phone regarding details on availability and pricing.  Late enrollment surcharges may apply.  Full refunds will be given to any student that registers after the group maximum has been fulfilled and will be placed on a waiting list and will be informed of any cancellations.

Cancellation more than 90 days from start of retreat
Cancellation more than 90 days from the start of scheduled Yoga Retreat = $195 Cancellation Fee per student.

Cancellation 45-90 days from start of retreat
Between 90 – 45 days from the start of scheduled Yoga Retreat = $495 Cancellation Fee per student plus the cost of any airline ticket(s) purchased by Belize Yoga.  Ownership of ticket(s) is in the name of the student and refunds or transfers of such ticket are between the student and airline.
Unpaid Invoices = Full Loss of $195 and reserved spot on scheduled Yoga Retreat is forfeited.

Cancellation less than 45 days from start of retreat
Less than 45 days from the start of scheduled Yoga Retreat = NO REFUND.  Ownership of any airline ticket(s) purchased by Belize Yoga will be in the name of the student and refunds or transfers of such ticket(s) are between the student and airline.
Unpaid Invoices = Full Loss of $195 and reserved spot on scheduled Yoga Retreat is forfeited.
Early departure from Yoga Retreat in progress for any reason = NO REFUND.  Plus student is responsible for all incurred transportation and airline fees associated with early departure.

Cancellation with replacement student
Student substitution option is not available more than 90 days from the start of scheduled yoga retreat.
Student Substitution of registered student less than 90 days from the start of scheduled Yoga Retreat = $195 Transfer Fee plus the cost of any airline surcharges to switch the passenger name.  Belize Yoga will provide substitute if there are any waitlisted students for scheduled Yoga Retreat.
If Substitute is not found by the start of scheduled Yoga Retreat then standard cancellation rules apply.
Standard Cancellation and Substitution guidelines apply in the case of Belize Yoga changing to alternate Instructor(s).

Partner Resort and Tour Modifications:
If at anytime between contract signing and Retreat start date, Belize Yoga determines that a partner resort /tour company is not meeting service and/or facility requirements (under construction, fire or weather damage, change of ownership, etc...) Belize Yoga reserves the right to substitute an alternate partner resort/tour company of equal or greater quality.

Instructor Modifications:
In the instance that a scheduled instructor is not able to attend the yoga retreat, or cannot fill the yoga retreat to capacity, Belize Yoga reserves the right to substitute an alternate certified yoga instructor, or reduced the number of yoga instructors scheduled.

Flights
All flight tickets are purchased in the name of the traveler and are the property of that traveler. The traveler is responsible for any changes they make to their ticket, including rescheduling in case of missed flight. If a traveler cannot attend the retreat, they own their plane ticket and, if applicable, can arrange with the airline to transfer or reschedule their ticket. Depending upon airline policies, Belize Yoga may be able to change the name on a ticket, and will assist in doing so if a traveler must cancel and wishes to transfer their ticket to a different participant.

All group members must travel on flight itineraries as specified by Belize Yoga. Any member of the group that arrives late or leaves the group early is subject to pay for all transportation arrangements in Belize to catch up with the group. Belize Yoga can help arrange for this transportation.

Checked baggage allotments vary by airline. It is the responsibility of the traveler to pay for any checked baggage fees not included in their airline ticket. Belize Yoga will purchase the base flight (including all taxes and fees), but any additions not included on ticket (such as in-flight meals, beverages and check baggage) are payable by the traveler. Belize departure fee of $39.50 is not included in the cost of the flight is is payable at the airport upon departure.

Documentation
A valid passport is required to enter Belize. American and Canadian citizens do not need a visa to enter to Belize, but Canadians transferring in the U.S. en route may need an American visa. It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure that they have all proper documentation for the duration of the retreat.

Additional services and charges
Travelers are responsible for all additional charges incurred at resorts that are not specified in packages. These items can include, but are not limited to, any additional food or beverages, additional tours or spa treatments, laundry service, communication services, etc. It is the responsibility of the traveler to understand what items are included in the retreat, and what items are additional. Any such charges must be paid before departure of the the resort. Not included in retreat package: $39.50 Belize departure fee (payable at airport) and any tips paid to resort staff.

Changes to itinerary
All group events, activities, spa treatments and transfers are paid for at time of booking. Therefore, Belize Yoga is unable to offer refunds for any unused portion of the retreat. If weather or any other event causes an excursion to be cancelled, Belize Yoga will make every effort to reschedule that event or find and alternative, but cannot offer refunds for any itinerary changes or cancellations.

In the event that your arrival to or departure from the retreat is delayed for any reason (including, but not limited to: weather, mechanical difficulties, airline delays, political unrest, etc.), Belize Yoga cannot offer any refunds or compensation for any losses incurred. It is the responsibility of the traveler to obtain travel insurance if they so desire. Belize Yoga will make every attempt adjust the retreat and provide assistance in such instances.

Travel Insurance
Belize Yoga strongly recommends obtaining travel insurance. We regret that we cannot offer any type of refund if you are injured or need to leave the retreat early, or are unable to attend the retreat on short notice.

Changes to policies
Belize Yoga reserves the right to review and adjust terms and policies. A retreat will refer to the terms posted at time of departure.
